To experience the environment of a clinic, the course provides residents with theoretical knowledge on energy in video-assisted surgery, principles and practice in intracorporeal knots, proper care in assembling and in the preservation of instruments and other specialties, in addition to demonstrations and hands-on exercises in the experimental laboratory.
